Emmanuel Church, Morden
Come dressed up, or borrow a costume, to act out the Christmas story Sing your favourite carols, and hear about the very first Christmas One more 'sleep' to go as we get ready for Christmas!

Welcome! We are an Anglican Church and part of the Morden Parish Team in the Diocese of Southwark. Our main church family time is on Sunday mornings at 10:30am, when we meet together to sing, pray, encourage one another and hear God's word to us.

"Emmanuel" means "God is with us". That's the great news of the Bible. We believe that God is not standing aloof, somewhere far, far, away. We believe he has made himself known in Jesus Christ, and that he has made it possible for us to know him. As a church we aim to bring glory to God by helping you...

  • KNOW Jesus and His love and salvation for yourself
  • GROW in Jesus and be transformed by His Spirit
  • GO to serve Jesus locally, nationally and globally

What's on, and why...

Why not come to one of the services, at 10.30am or 6.30pm every Sunday?

You'll be assured of a warm welcome. We try hard to make our services accessible to visitors of all ages, and everything is explained as the service runs along.

Find out what we believe by clicking here. And if you'd like to talk through 3-2-1 - the story of God, the world, and you - just get in touch with us.

Our children's groups (and all-age services) run throughout the year on Sunday mornings at 10.30am; find out more about Sparklers, Flames, Ignite and Blaze elsewhere on our website.

The Parish of Morden takes the safeguarding and care of children and vulnerable adults very seriously. Further information about this can be found on our Safeguarding page.
